I have had to have my vehicle serviced multiple times, usually a recall or warranty work. Customer service in the service department has been horrible. The last visit was for final resolution for a recall. I made a reservation weeks ahead. So they knew I was coming, and why! When I arrive, I ask how long I would be there. My appointment was for 9:00 and the service rep said I should be out by 11am. I accidentally missed my scheduled appointment, but Rodney was so kind and had me come in at a later time that same day, and I got my recall and oil change taken care of all in one day. Oil change and tire rotation was good. When i left dealership msg on dash said driv.Atten. warning system off. Asked service Guy what it meant and they didn't know. Got an oil change, wire harness recall, window motor replacement, and oil leak issue done here back in January (about $1300 worth of work). I was in the waiting room for almost 6 HOURS. I went to rent a trailer at the beginning of spring to do some yard work and found out that two of the plugs on the wire harness did not work (about 3 weeks after getting the recall done). I’ve been waiting for my car for 5 days. No loaner car. I even gave them the code that came up on the computer when the vehicle stopped on my 2022 Kia Sorento! My fiancé, myself and our 6 month old daughter went into this dealership on Saturday, the 20th to look at a vehicle they claimed was ‘in stock and ready for me to see’..once we got there it magically sold. Terrible service rude dealers, brand new car already broke down can’t drive it, won’t give a loaner, they cat fix it for a month terrible service. Paid over 8000 for extended service and warranties. And they won’t even attempt to get it in sooner or give a loaner. Their cars are pure crap! Can’t get to work without a car. Never go to this place for a car!!!

Absolutely horrible communication. We ordered a Telluride, and purchased a Telluride to drive in the meantime to use with their 90 day money back guarantee. At the end of the 90 days, we were told our Telluride was never ordered, and our salesman is no longer with the company. Great. At that point, we traded it in for a 23 Kia Sportage. Dissatisfied with them, they tried to charge us $5,000 then changed it to $3,500 for a lease buyout fee ?? I said what is the lease buyout fee for ? They couldn’t tell me and said go to another dealership maybe they can help you. The other Kia dealership we went to was happy to help and didn’t have a phantom lease buyout fee of $3,500. Shame on you Brogden. This is borderline illegal!!

I got a flat tire while visiting my husband in the hospital. I called Olathe Kia and spoke to Mark in service dept. He was extremely helpful and gave me the number to the Kia roadside assistance. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and a recall. They told me it would take around two hours which I knew ahead of time. After approximately an hour I was told my car was done. BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE!! We went to a different Kia dealer before coming here and they were refusing to work with us on price for a “new” car. What a joke. Went to dealership with excellent credit rating. 780-815. Picked out a car and made deal 9/7/21. They tried to add $4500 warranty. I told them no. They said come back next day and sign new contract which I did Found out they processed origional contract with warranty and bank funded loan. Demanded refund and dealer paid off origional loan and said they submitted new contract to BofA. I went weekly to both dealer and BofA on status of new loan. This dealership cares only about selling the car, They act friendly until you sign the initial paperwork but once that is done they submit inflated finance numbers to the banks to take profits. Went to go buy a new 2022 Sorento and found out that they automatically charge for a protection plan that cost over $4000 for the Sorento. They do this to every new vehicle that's on the lot and you can't remove this at all. It's not right to charge someone for something that you don't want to the price of a car.

The finance department is a nightmare. They told us everything was good with our loan and even took our car home. Found out weeks later things were not processed correctly and we did not have a loan yet. It took weeks them to get things straight and get a loan. I would not recommend anyone go here because they don’t know what they are doing.

They messed up my Loan paperwork and then have been dodging my calls for nearly a month They keep switching me from loan officer to loan officer and they removed my military discount and are trying to avoid giving it to me at all costs; been dealing with this for a month now. 1st scheduled service here. My pre owned vehicle with 31,000 miles on it was scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and recall work. After waiting several weeks to get an appointment, work was performed, did not receive call back that work was complete, fluids were not filled, technicians left greasy hand prints on drivers seat, interior of driver door. Service perforned 6/15/2021 Unsure if Advisor performed the work, do not want to throw him under the bus.

I traded in my Kia and submitted paperwork for a refund of the extended warranty and gap insurance. I have called finance at the Olathe dealership numerous times in the past 6 months for the status and get no response back or returned calls, just promises of returned calls. I am upset with the length of time and the no assistance. It is poor customer service. Next step is an attorney.
