Kia Extends its Partnership with the National Basketball Association

As the new National Basketball Association (NBA) season tipped off earlier this week, Kia Motors America, Inc. and the NBA announced a new marketing partnership that extends across the NBA, WNBA and NBA G League. Now, not only will Kia be the Official Automotive Partner of all three leagues, it will also adopt the role of associate partner at the NBA Draft while continuing to be the title sponsor the Kia NBA tip-Off, Kia NBA All-Star MVP and Kia NBA Yearly Performance Awards.

Kia will also enhance its Top Plays platform and continue in its role as title partner of the league's monthly Performance Awards, which recognize the top player and rookie in each conference. Fans should tune in during Kia NBA Tip-Off for their chance to participate in the #KiaWhoYaGot sweepstakes and predict the winner of key league matchups on NBA social channels.

In a press release, Saad Chehab, Vice President of Marketing Communications, Kia Motors America, commented, "The partnership between the NBA and Kia has been pivotal in increasing brand and consumer awareness and an uptick in consideration of the Kia brand, and we are excited to extend our partnership and continue connecting with the league and its passionate fans."

At Bill George's Olathe Kia, we're proud to serve drivers from the Lenaxa, Overland Park, Shawnee and Kansas City areas.
